Galway — 5 nights

A major hub for visitors exploring Ireland's western regions, Galway serves as a city of art and culture, renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals.Head to Spiddal Craft & Design Studios and Burren Perfumeryfor plenty of shopping. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Burren National Park and Rathcroghan Royal Site & Visitor Centre. Venture out of the city with trips to Burren Birds of Prey Centre (in Ballyvaughan), National Museum of Ireland - Country Life (in Castlebar) and Royal Abbey of Cong (in Cong). And it doesn't end there: kick back and relax at Lahinch Beach, contemplate the long history of Poulnabrone Dolmen, stop by Town and Country Interiors Athleague, and pause for some photo ops at Galway City Museum.

If you are flying in from France, the closest major aiports are Dublin Airport, Shannon Airport and Cork Airport. In April in Galway, expect temperatures between 12°C during the day and 3°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 28th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
