A major hub for visitors exploring Ireland's western regions, Galway serves as a city of art and culture, renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals.

Get outdoors at Cliffs of Moher and Burren National Park. Get out of town with these interesting Galway side-trips: The Great Western Greenway (in Westport) and Hag's Head (in Liscannor). Spend the 8th (Mon) exploring nature at Connemara National Park & Visitor Centre. Spend the 10th (Wed) among the memorable landscape of The Burren. There's still lots to do: don't miss a visit to Quay Street and stroll around Eyre Square.
