A major hub for visitors exploring Ireland's western regions, Galway serves as a city of art and culture, renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals.
Visiting Connemara National Park & Visitor Centre and The Burren will get you outdoors. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Galway: Ballyvaughan (Burren Birds of Prey Centre & Aillwee Cave) and Burren National Park (in Corofin). There's more to do: appreciate the extensive heritage of Salthill Promenade and stroll around Eyre Square.
