Change things up with a short trip to Bunratty Castle & Folk Park in Bunratty (about 1h 5 min away). Spend the 15th (Thu) among the memorable landscape of The Burren. There's still lots to do: make a trip to Quay Street, walk around Eyre Square, get engrossed in the history at Galway City Museum, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Galway Cathedral.
