A major hub for visitors exploring Ireland's western regions, Galway serves as a city of art and culture, renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals.
Step out of Galway to go to Bunratty and see Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, which is approximately 1h 5 min away. Spend the 9th (Sun) exploring nature at Connemara National Park & Visitor Centre. Spend the 11th (Tue) among the memorable landscape of The Burren. There's more to do: get to know the fascinating history of Salthill Promenade.
