  • Really fun and informative museum. Well designed in a way both children and adults can enjoy. Really cool to see historical/ancient history, animals from all over the world, as well as the exhibit focusing on the nature in Sweden specifically. Huge collection of taxidermy birds (definitely a must see if you’re an enthusiast)! Went on a Sunday and it was quite busy with lots of children and families. Something to keep in mind when planing your visit if you’re trying to avoid crowds.
  • Beautiful! The Swedish Royal Museum of Natural History, founded in 1819 by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences. As of 2014 it was the largest museum building in Sweden. A great collection of artifacts spread out across many areas, a nice place to spend half a day. Suitable for families with children. It also hosts an IMAX theater with paid shows. Museum is free to enter.
