My daughter and I stopped in for a bit of an impromptu demo - it was unforgettable, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The animals are as impressive as the scenery they work in. Both are stunning...

This was actually really fun. You watch the sheep dog round up the sheep over a beautiful meadow overlooking the water. Then there is a fun shearing demonstration in which you get to participate. On top of all that you feed the little lambs milk out of bottles. Wonderful fun.

A truly incredible experience! Our recent visit included: a sheepdog demonstration (featuring Holly the border collie) which was amazing and very cool to watch, and petting and bottle feeding baby lambs!! Tom (who runs the farm and is your tour guide) is a very nice, down to earth person who talked with us for as long as we liked about the farm, how he trains his dogs, and his experiences. We visited in early March, but if you want to bottle feed the lambs he said the best times are from mid-March to the end of April. There other activities that are also only available in the Summer due to the weather. Despite some rainy and cold weather, we all had a great time and the tour proved to be a highlight of our trip!! If you are visiting Ireland then this tour should be a requirement on your agenda.
