Trip Planner: Europe / Ireland / Province of Leinster / County Kilkenny / Kilkenny / Kilkenny Architectural Salvage & Antiques
We are located on the north side of Kilkenny on the Bleach Road, occupying old woolen mills built in the 1800s. At the time one of the largest employers in the area, the site covers a massive 90,000 square feet, and has more than a mile of river frontage onto the Nore. Our Kilkenny road trip planning site makes visiting Kilkenny Architectural Salvage & Antiques and other Kilkenny attractions simple, and helps you make a travel plan personal to you.
Proprietor Robin Maharaj provides a happy hunting ground for builders and contractors, as well as many private individuals looking to add that authentic touch to restored properties and developments.
A strong working relationship exists between the company and Dúchas, (the Irish National Trust), which regularly uses the yard as a source for antiques and materials.
Whatever your requirements, Robin is confident he can supply the right piece for the project. Most items in stock have been collected from the Republic of Ireland, some are from England with the odd item from Europe.
In addition to the salvaged pieces, there's always a wide selection of interesting antiques on display.

Could not be happier with the half whiskey barrel I bought, for our Christmas tree outside the front of the house. It has turned out better than expected and would 100% recommend the guys in kilkenny architectural salvage, a pleasure to deal with and the amount of quality items they have available is second to none. Definitely worth a visit.
A salvage hunters paradise! I purchased a lovely old school cupboard to use as a pantry, and was able to 'wish list' other items with Harry. I'll be back
