Had a great visit there yesterday, Joan was an excellent guide and narrator. The experience is just that, looked at from the point of view of the 135 Irish who’s fateful journey was out of despair...

I can highly recommend the museum. Few interactive displays and knowledgeable guide made our tour very special. Prices for the tickets aren’t expensive. Beside there is a nice restaurant with fresh food and drinks for all ages 😊 Walk around Cobh was very enjoyable. Colourful houses and green areas look nice and welcoming. It’s a lovely little town full of historic places and facts.

This is a great little attraction. It's pretty small and you wouldn't need to spend more than an hour here. But is very informative and for such a small space they have managed to use the space well. I have visited twice, once with adults and once with a 5 year old. The 5 year old did enjoy it but she was obsessed with the Titanic at the time, even so she fairly galloped through the exhibitions. They had exhibitions especially designed for children, but at 5 years old probably a year or two too young. There was plenty of reading so the adults got more out of the experience than she did. Still I am glad I went and the 5 year said it was good too.
