Established in 1957, the 2,500 hectare (6,189 acre) park is dedicated to protecting the ecology of oak savannah and coastal dunes, as well as their respective wildlife. Choose one of the numerous scenic hiking trails, or cycle along the savannah path. Enjoy the picturesque lakeside views with a relaxing walk on the shores of Lake Huron, and rent a canoe or paddleboat to get out on the water. Getting to the park was easy with any GPS system. Short line up when we got there at 11am on a Saturday. Once you get in there’s an 8 km drive to the beach area. First beaches you come to are beaches.... more

Huge sites plenty of privacy prefect weather ill be back

We went for an camping 2 days back. Place was good and mainly properly maintained. All the restrooms were clean and the best thing is they don't have vault toilets everything is a proper ones and which is good. We enjoyed a lot. Good place for big family and friends.
