Dunsborough is a coastal town in the South West of Western Australia, 254km south of Perth on the shores of Geographe Bay.Dunsborough is a popular tourist destination for Western Australians; in 1999 it was voted the state's best tourist destination and in 2013 awarded the Top Tourism Award for Population Under 5,000. Take a break from Dunsborough with a short trip to Wonnerup in Wonnerup, about 38 minutes away. Spend the 21st (Thu) exploring nature at Cape Naturaliste Walking Trails. Spend the 5th (Fri) exploring nature at Tuart Forest National Park. There's much more to do: awaken your taste buds at Margaret River Unplugged, visit a coastal fixture at Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, learn about winemaking at Mongrel Creek Wines, and have some family-friendly fun at Simmo's Icecreamery.

With a reputation for making things convenient and comfortable for visitors, Busselton has been voted Australia's best tourist town several times. The town is home to one of the longest wooden piers in the southern hemisphere stretching almost a mile out to sea and the oldest stone church in western Australia.
