One of the country's major artistic and cultural centers, famed for its many annual festivals, Cork straddles the Lee River and boasts over 30 bridges.
Explore hidden gems such as Inchydoney Beach and Camden Fort Meagher. Explore Cork's surroundings by going to Old Head Golf Links (in Kinsale), Annie Moore Monument (in Cobh) and Michael Collins Centre (in Clonakilty). There's lots more to do: get to know the fascinating history of Ballycotton Cliff Walk, head off the coast to Spike Island, stroll around Fitzgerald Park, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at St. Anne's Church.

Glengarriff is a village of approximately 800 people on the N71 national secondary road in the Beara Peninsula of County Cork, Ireland. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Garinish Island and Barleycove Beach. Venture out of the city with trips to Skibbereen (Lough Hyne & Drombeg Stone Circle), Baltimore (Sherkin Island & Dolphin & Whale Watching) and Altar Wedge Tomb (in Schull). And it doesn't end there: stroll through Bantry House & Garden, admire the natural beauty at The Ewe Experience, and make a trip to Kealkill Megalithic Stone Circle and Standing Stones.
