On the northern edge of the Pyrénées, Pau is the perfect base to explore the mountains and ride the Funiculaire de Pau, a unique historic funicular railway that links the city center and Boulevard des Pyrénées to the railway station Gare de Pau.
On the 4th (Tue), explore the historical opulence of Château de Pau, then learn about winemaking at Clos Lapeyre, then learn about winemaking at Cru Lamouroux, and finally get to know the fascinating history of Boulevard des Pyrenees.
