A major hub for visitors exploring Ireland's western regions, Galway serves as a city of art and culture, renowned for its vibrant lifestyle and numerous festivals.
Do some cultural sightseeing at Bunratty Castle and Kylemore Abbey & Victorian Walled Garden. Take a break from the city and head to Connemara National Park and Burren National Park. Venture out of the city with trips to Ballyvaughan (Aillwee Cave & Burren Birds of Prey Centre). There's much more to do: get to know the fascinating history of Salthill Promenade, steep yourself in history at Poulnabrone Dolmen, and stroll through Eyre Square.
