Famous for its nightlife and activity-filled seafront, Pattaya remains a major party destination for tourists and expats in Thailand.On the 1st (Mon), admire the striking features of The Sanctuary Of Truth, enjoy the sand and surf at Pattaya Beach, and then browse the different shops at CentralFestival Pattaya Beach. Here are some ideas for day two: see some colorful creatures with a scuba or snorkeling tour and then enjoy the sand and surf at Jomtien Beach.

Bangkok to Pattaya is an approximately 1.5-hour shuttle ride. You can also drive; or take a bus. In August, daily temperatures in Pattaya can reach 36°C, while at night they dip to 30°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Tue) to allow enough time to take a shuttle to Bangkok.
