On the 8th (Sun), trek along The Wormhole, then make a trip to Teampall Bhean'in, and then contemplate the long history of Dun Aonghasa. The town of Clifden represents a beloved Victorian style and is known for its position along County Galway's coast.
Take a break from the city and head to Dog's Bay Beach and Killary Fjord. Venture out of the city with trips to Killary Sheep Farm (in Leenane), Joyce Country Sheepdogs (in Shanafaraghaun) and Glengowla Mines (in Oughterard). There's still lots to do: take in nature's colorful creations at Kylemore Abbey & Victorian Walled Garden, look for gifts at Cottage Handcrafts, make a trip to Sky Rd, and take in the dramatic natural features at Diamond Hill.
