On the 2nd (Tue), tour the pleasant surroundings at Phoenix Park. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: tour the pleasant surroundings at St. Stephen's Green, get lost in a book at National Library of Ireland, then enjoy the scholastic atmosphere at Trinity College Dublin, then explore the galleries of James Joyce Cultural Centre, and finally admire the landmark architecture of Dublin Castle.

Stuttgart, Germany to Dublin is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of car ferry and train; or do a combination of car ferry and car.
