  • At Arkit we stayed in the sra Sabira guest house: it speaks great English, it has large and comfortable double rooms and hot water, yummy price with breakfast and dinner included (500som p.persona). From here, we set off on foot to Lake Sary Chelek. It's such a beautiful place that it looks fake!!! Both the walk to the lakes, and the lakes themselves are really magnificent, worth all the effort to get here!!!!

  • A great place. Many options for hiking, exploring, or enjoying your time on a beautiful lake
  • Amazing spot for those people who appreciate the value of mother nature: pure water, untouched mountain, and clean air. However, infrastructure (electricity and roads) is missing. Foreign tourist have to pay 3-4 times more money for the entry. Near the lake, only one accommodation exists except the camping ground.
