    Did this when there was lots of snow but was really hot.did with road bike,road is much improved and not super steep like gavia.rock climbs,waterfalls and wildlife everywhere.stunning lakes,i had to.....  more »

    Out of this world! The two artifical lakes really compliment the surrounding splendor,huge waterfalls,snow,ibex and marmotts.it's on a monumental scale!

    Point of refuge and departure for numerous excursions of high level landscape on the surrounding peaks and connection with the Valsavarenche! It Accommodates 2 shelters open in the summer season very welcoming and friendly and helpful staff, the Refugie Savoia in particular has a larger amount of services and possibility of more choice as far as food is concerned!
