A Swedish woman (Birgitta Hedin-Curtin) and a Clare man (Peter Curtin) took it upon them in 1989 to set up a small smokehouse which expanded over the last two decades to become one of Ireland's best known artisan producers of Organic Smoked Salmon, Mackerel, Trout and even Smoked Gouda Cheese.

  • Beautiful product. A delightful visit to the Smokehouse. Most interesting audio - visual & delightful staff.
  • A nice smokehouse, when I visited there where no tours on site. A bit disappointment
