A Swedish woman (Birgitta Hedin-Curtin) and a Clare man (Peter Curtin) took it upon them in 1989 to set up a small smokehouse which expanded over the last two decades to become one of Ireland's best known artisan producers of Organic Smoked Salmon, Mackerel, Trout and even Smoked Gouda Cheese.

  • We come to the place by accident and we like to have cheap. The location offers good food, with excellent service. It has super clean bathrooms and free parking. It's worth watching the demo video and buying some food. All very tasty.
