  • Garbage. I had my sons birthday party here. There was one staff member on, trying to manage all the kids at various activities. I can't fault him, he was grand. It was the manager who came in about half and hour later and immediately starting giving out to the children for not using the equipment properly when unsupervised. My wife has a word, and he was aggressive and unapologetic. At that stage I had had enough and confronted him as she was getting upset. Once he realized the bully boy tactics weren't going to work on me he started whining about 'costs'. To me. The customer. My take is, if you can't manage kids parties, don't offer them. It was not cheap. My advice is to take your business elsewhere.
  • Great fun! Perfect for rainy days or just for something different to do. Bit pricey but worth it! Staff really friendly, fun and very helpful.
