An attracting and well organised museum which clearly explains how the life was in Ireland in the past years. We will get a clear picture of Ireland after the visit. Varieties of old equipments, machines, cloths are really awesome. Enough explanations and notes will be available in each stuff. Also plays a video in theatre which will be more helpful to understand the Ireland life. Very interesting and beautiful place.

If you look for the spectacular, this is not it. This museum is about every day life in Ireland in the last two or three centuries. And this, they show exceptionally well. Take your time, at least two hours I'd say, and try to imagine how life was before cell phones, self driving cars and flat screen TV. The exhibition will help you to understand how good your life is today, and how stressful the life was back then. It does that not in the way of a schoolmaster, but very gently and subtle. You look upon the world differently when you come out of this museum. Oh, and they also have a very nice museum Cafe...
