  • Long trail with many elevation changes, certainly need to start early and come prepared with water and likely food. Other option is to just go part way for great views and then return on same route...

  • Wow. 5 stars for a very good reason. This is absolutely one of my favourite hiking trails I’ve ever visited. Easily accessible through Algonquin, this trail is a 10.4km trek through Algonquins rugged forest area featuring several breathtaking lookouts. It’s an advanced, challenging route - and I would recommend packing lots of water and a snack as well. Like all of Algonquin’s hikes, it has booklets at the beginning of the trail with number markings as you hike where you can follow along in the book and read about some of the park’s rich history. It’s a physical challenge, educational, and absolutely breathtaking. A culmination of good for the mind - body - and spirit. I wish there were more hikes like this. Highly recommend!!!!!
  • Long hike, amazing views. The recommended time is nowhere near accurate unless you are a very slow hiker. I did it in under four hours twice. Bring lots of water and snacks and good hiking shoes.
