Freedom Float and Wellness Centre, Gold Coast

I have been going here for quite some time now. I was, and still am very claustrophobic but I just took my time.. I eased in to it, first time lid up, second time left light on and just took baby steps. You do what suits you! It has been the BEST therapy for me. For my physical ailments in helps speed up recovery and always gives me a "pick me up", and for my mental health it gives me one hour of pure bliss, I literally go in and just let go. I was very very wary and and as such took my time in trying it. I have never looked back. From the second you enter the premises you feel calm. Every staff member is kind, warm, and just so relaxed. For all those just wondering what it might be like, give it a go Honestly just try it. Ive never looked back and look forward to each session which is weekly at the moment. We need places like this. Great job guys

Excellent therapeutic massage with cupping, especially for my shoulder injury. The float in a modern pod w magnesium is amazing - way better than what they used to be. A modern, attractive setting with friendly, knowledgable staff. Highly recommended.
