  • It was pouring with rain when we visited here and it was taped off and you were not able to climb it.It is taller than the Gloucester tree which is not known by most.Beautiful bush setting and would.....  more »
  • Climb on a dry day so that the rungs are not slippery. Wear good enclosed non-slip shoes. Views on a clear day are fascistic  more »
  • Don't tell anyone but if you climb the tree when there is low cloud cover, usually during sultry weather, a ladder of golden rope sometimes appears at the top letting you climb into magical worlds. The land-of-take-what-you-want was the best but last time it was the land-of-dame-slap which got a bit hairy at times.
  • Great experience. I'm sure this type of thing is rare these days. Not for the faint heart. Even for someone used to working at heights, this is a challenge.
